Minister Chen Zhenggao also listed measures to encourage migrant workers to buy houses in cities. He said it will promote the new type of people-centered urbanization.
"First is to implement policies to ensure they can enjoy public services. Especially for their children to go to school. Second is to introduce beneficial policies from local governments to encourage them to purchase houses. Third is to address the issue of migrant workers' employment. Fourth is for banks to provide support," Minister Chen said.
