中国现役军官中有两名被晋升为上将。周五,中央军委晋升了这两名军官。这次晋升上将军衔的是:西部战区政治委员朱福熙、军委联合参谋部副参谋长乙晓光。
China has added two more generals to its highest rank of active military officers. The Central Military Commission promoted the two officers on Friday.

They are Zhu Fuxi from the Western Theatre Command, and Yi Xiaoguang from the commission's Joint Staff Department. President Xi Jinping, who also holds the post of military commission chairman, was at the ceremony.
The latest promotions bump the number of China's active generals to 39. The country's military now has five theatre commands - covering the north, east, south, west and central regions.
