The J-10B is a lightweight fighter, an upgraded version of the J-10A, which was flown by the Bayi aerobatics team for years. It's understood to have superior avionics and systems, as well as an active electronically scanned array radar.
The aircraft on display was surrounded by a broad range of air-to-air and air-to-surface weapons. It also has an infra-red search and track sensor in front of the cockpit. The J-10B will be used in the People's Liberation Army Air Force.
