An explosion claimed by ISIL at a Muslim shrine in southwestern Pakistan has killed at least 52 people. More than a hundred others have been wounded.
Local officials say hundreds of worshippers were taking part in a devotional dance when the blast took place at the Shah Noorani shrine in Baluchistan province.
Ambulances and medical workers have been sent to the blast site. Reaching the site has been difficult due to the dark and the mountainous terrain. ISIL claimed the attack in a report by its news agency Amaq.
