Brexit Secretary David Davis is meeting with the EU's chief negotiator Michel Barnier over the span of four days to settle "divorce" terms, with this latest round coming a month after Davis and Barnier first met. The two intend to put forth a detailed plan to minimize the economic and social damage Brexit may bring to both sides.
Brussels says key issues, including citizens' rights, Britain's exit bill and the Irish border need to be settled before trade talks can begin.
