Last week, an 82-year-old named Hilde ticked off the last thing on her bucket list: skydiving in Dubai.
上周，82岁的老奶奶席尔德圆满完成了她人生愿望清单上的最后一件事：到迪拜高空跳伞。
According to Britain’s Daily Mail, the South African jumped out of a plane 13,000 feet above the city accompanied by a professional skydiver, and landed safely.
据英国《每日邮报》报道，这名南非老奶奶在一名专业跳伞运动员的陪同下，从位于迪拜上空13000英尺的飞机上一跃而下，安全着陆。
Hilde had visited the United Arab Emirates several times before to see her family. Having seen other people skydive, she was inspired to finally give it a go, as it was something she always wanted to try.

"The highlight for me was just being able to sail along, looking at the Palm from above. It was wonderful," Hilde said, referring to Dubai’s iconic palm-shaped artificial island.

Skydive Dubai, who helped Hilde realize her dream, described the octogenarian as "fearless", posting on social media that "We wish you many more adventures and may you continue to inspire!"
