A Catalan official on Monday said Younes Abouyaaqoub, a 22-year-old Moroccan-born man, was the driver of a van who rammed into pedestrians at Barcelona's tourist hotspot Las Ramblas, killing 13 people last Thursday.
Joaquim Forn from home affairs in Catalonia's regional government said "everything points to that." He also said, the search for the attack suspect who is currently at large would be extended to the entire Europe.
