Li Ang, the service center deputy director, said: "More graduates prefer to work in second-tier cities. about 50 percent of those interviewed said they would like to work in provincial capitals, but less than 20 percent of those interviewed said they expect to work in metropolises such as Beijing or Shanghai."
服务中心副主任李昂说:“许多毕业生更愿意到二线城市去工作。受访者有50%表示他们想在省会城市工作,不到20%的受访者称他们想在北京或上海这样的大都市工作。”
调查显示,多数大学毕业生的首选就业地是provincial capital(省会城市)或second-tier cities(二线城市)。行业数据显示,2014年大学毕业生的anticipated salary(薪资期望值)降到四年以来的最低点。
调查指出,现在大学生关心的不只有薪水,他们也很关注personal development(个人发展),这意味着他们的就业心态更为成熟。压力管理中心的主任指出,大学毕业生应该学习积极应对压力,增强自身的organizational capabilities(组织能力)和collaboration skills(协作能力)。
