京港居民共庆香港回归25周年
An activity to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Hong Kong's return to the motherland was held in the Wulituo Folk Museum in Beijing. Residents from Beijing and Hong Kong learned paper cutting craft with Yang Xiuying, the fourth generation intangible cultural heritage master from Shijingshan District, on site or online. Participants created exquisite paper-cutting works such as "The great Wall", "Bauhinia", "Celebration of Hong Kong's return" and "China".
石景山区近日组织京港两地居民、驻区香港同胞，在五里坨民俗馆举办了“同心拾景 情系中华——同绘好山河 共抒爱国情”视频连线活动。活动现场，两地居民共同在石景山区剪纸第四代非遗传承人杨秀英的带领下，用剪刀在红纸上镌刻，创作出《万里长城》《紫荆花》《庆祝香港回归》《中国》等精美作品，共同庆祝香港回归祖国25周年。
北京人工智能企业数量全国居首
New Application scenarios are constantly introduced for artificial intelligence enterprises in Beijing, in a bid to boost the development of the sector. Currently, Beijing is home to over 1600 AI related enterprises, including 43 listed companies, ranking first in China. Beijing-based AI companies included in the 2022 AI unicorn company list accounted for 12% of the global total.
近年来，北京不断优化创新生态，持续向人工智能企业开放应用场景、推动产业落地，孕育集聚人工智能相关企业数达1600余家，上市公司43家，均居全国首位，入选2022人工智能独角兽公司榜单的企业占全球的12%。
《北京市知识产权保护条例》施行
The Intellectual Property Protection Regulation officially took effect on July 1st in Beijing. With 7 chapters and 57 articles, it is the capital's first comprehensive regulation for intellectual property protection. By May 2022, the number of valid invention patents in Beijing was over 435,000, with a year-on-year increase of 19.37%. The number of invention patents per 10,000 people reached 199, up 19.38% year on year, and 2.75 million valid trademarks were registered, up 16.82% year on year.
《北京市知识产权保护条例》7月1日正式施行。新施行的《北京市知识产权保护条例》共七章、五十七条，这是本市首部知识产权综合性法规。截至2022年5月，本市有效发明专利量435604件，同比增长19.37%；每万人发明专利拥有量达到199.0件，同比增长19.38%；商标有效注册量275.0万件，同比增长16.82%。
北京市交通行业组建62支防汛抢险队
62 flood control teams, with more than 7600 members will be responsible for emergency rescue work for Beijing’s transportation system. The teams are equipped with mats, sandbags, life jackets, speedboats and other flood control and emergency gear. The capital has revised its flood prevention emergency plan to ensure that 56 sites prone to flooding and more than 80 highway sections prone to geological disasters are monitored throughout the flood season.
北京交通行业组建了62支防汛抢险应急队伍，7600余名应急队员奋战在各条路线上，配备了充足的防滑垫、沙袋、救生衣、冲锋舟等附属防汛应急设施设备。确保降雨期间全市56处易积水点和80余个公路地质灾害易发生路段，全程有人盯有人守有人管。
2022年华灯清扫检修正式启动
Annual maintenance of lights along the Changan Avenue is underway. A comprehensive examination of 253 sets of grand street lamps and more than 6,000 lights installed in Tian 'anmen Square and Chang 'an Avenue will be conducted. High-standard inspection of all cables and comprehensive inspection of internal power supply lines of lamp poles will also be performed for the first time this year. An upgraded remote monitoring system will be installed in the future to ensure the safe operation of the lighting system.
6月30号， 2022年华灯清扫检修正式启动。国网北京电力城市照明管理中心华灯班将对天安门广场和长安街253基华灯、6000多盏光源进行全面“体检”。今年首次对华灯全部电缆进行高标检测，对灯杆内部供电线路进行全面检查。今年，国网北京电力城市照明管理中心正在研发的“第二代”华灯单灯监测系统和终端，新系统将在“远端”时刻远程“监视”华灯运行的状态，进一步提高华灯设备的安全可靠性。
国内数字藏品平台在京联合发起自律倡议
30 institutions in Beijing jointly launched a self-regulation Initiative of digital art collection sector. The parties involved include professional institutions and associations in the cultural and tourism industry, central cultural enterprises, IP institutions and Internet technology companies. The 14-item initiative requires platforms to be qualified in accordance with the law, ensure the security of block chain technology, strengthen intellectual property rights protection and advocate responsible consumption.
近30家机构联合在京发起《数字藏品行业自律发展倡议》。参与各方涵盖文旅产业专业机构和协会、文化央企、IP机构以及互联网科技公司。《数字藏品行业自律发展倡议》共十四条，具体内容包含平台应依法具备相应资质、确保区块链技术安全可控、加强知识产权保护能力建设、倡导理性消费等。
北京首次公布市属博士后科研工作站名单
The Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau recently announced the list of postdoctoral research stations and sub-stations in sci-tech and industrial parks and postdoctoral innovation bases in Beijing for the first time. Currently, 163 postdoctoral research stations, 306 sub-stations and 15 innovation bases are operating in the capital, hosting 1,670 postdoctoral researchers.
北京市人力社保局近日首次公布北京市属博士后科研工作站、园区分站、博士后创新实践基地设站单位名单。截止目前，本市共有博士后科研工作站163家，园区分站306家，创新实践基地15家，在站人数1670人。
北京市中小学每年要组织2次视力监测
Primary and secondary school students in Beijing will go through a physical examination every year, including "basic tests" and "optional tests". The Hyperopic and diopter examination will also be conducted twice a year in both spring and autumn semesters. Electronic health database for students will be established in all schools, and education authorities will offer medical follow-up to students with health issues.
北京市中小学校每年组织在校学生1次健康体检，体检项目划分为“基本项目”和“可选择项目”两部分。中小学校每年进行2次远视力和屈光度检查，春秋季学期各1次。各区教育行政部门建立全区学生健康档案，对出现健康问题的学生建立档案并随访。
