Process introduction
In the first step of ejaculation, the efferent impulses of the sympathetic nerves cause the smooth muscles of the vas deferens and seminal vesicles to contract, thereby transferring the semen in the vas deferens and seminal vesicles to the urethra; in the second step, by means of the efferent impulses of the pudendal nerves, the striated muscle at the root of the corpus cavernosum contracts, this ejects semen from the urethra. The excitation of the higher parts of the brain also acts on the erection center and ejaculation center of the spinal cord through the descending pathway. Normal human excitatory stimuli from various senses affect spinal reflex activity through the brain.
Ejaculation is a complex process that includes erection, ejaculation, ejaculation, and orgasm. The erection is due to the swelling and hardening of the penis, and its primary innervation comes from the sacral plexus and the splanchnic or erectile nerves of the pelvis. Ejaculation involves collecting semen before ejaculation and transporting it to the prostatic portion of the urethra, which becomes a semen reservoir with the closure of the bladder neck and distal urethral sphincter. This induces ejaculation, the rhythmic ejaculation of semen through the urethra, in which the involvement of the skeletal muscles of the perineum is essential. Orgasm is a brain-involved, usually pleasurable event that is closely linked to ejaculation.
The neurophysiology of ejaculation is only partially understood. Studies have shown that the dopaminergic system promotes ejaculation while the serotonin-activated system inhibits ejaculation. The main neural mechanism of ejaculation is the innervation of the body, but also includes the pudendal nerves and fibers from the autonomic nervous system. The autonomic branch of the parasympathetic nerve primarily controls erectile function while the sympathetic and somatic branches control primarily firing and ejaculation.
The ejaculation process of male sexual intercourse:
1. When a man is sexually impulsive and sexually excited, the blood flow into the penis greatly exceeds the blood return flow of the penis. It causes a large amount of blood storage in the cavernous body of the penis and increased pressure, making the penis hard and erect, thicker and longer.
2. The tightening of the muscle fibers in the scrotum wall makes the scrotum rise together with the testicles, closer to the body. This is similar to how the scrotum responds to cold stimulation.
3. After the penis is in close contact with the female vagina and is stimulated by friction, the sexual intercourse enters a continuous period. The penis is further congested and swollen, showing a dark red color, and the scrotum is closer to the body. The testicles are also swollen due to congestion of the blood vessels. A small amount of mucus leaks from the urethra. Some people experience flushing in the abdomen and chest.
4. After the constant friction between the penis and the vagina, most men reach orgasm within 2-6 minutes, and the ejaculation reflex appears. After the ejaculation reflex is activated, it is irreversible and unstoppable. Ejaculation is ejected intermittently, the interval is less than 1 second, about 4-5 times continuously, the amount of semen is 1.5-6mL, less than 1.5 is called too little semen and more than 6 is too much semen, which is not conducive to the woman's conception. A slight twitching of the muscles also occurs with the act of ejaculation. Heart rate, respiration, and blood pressure all peaked. In some people, the flushing of the skin deepened.
5. After ejaculation, the body begins to recover. Various physiological changes quickly recover: the penis shrinks sharply, and the scrotum returns to its normal state. The reduced penis involuntarily slips out of the vagina and enters the male refractory period [1].
delay means
Sex is the most wonderful happy dinner between partners. However, many male friends will have the problem of too fast ejaculation. From a clinical point of view, most of this is caused by premature ejaculation. Delayed ejaculation is a problem that many male friends are very concerned about. Many men think that Although it is different from premature ejaculation, it still makes many men feel depressed. Experts believe that there are many factors that may lead to this situation, such as increasing age, the state of the partner, the freshness of sexual life, Anxiety about their sexual performance, physical health, overstimulation, etc. [2].
Sex experts recommend the following four methods to prolong ejaculation time.
First, stop properly. Men should learn to control their emotions before ejaculation freely. Before the climax, they can immediately realize and stop the action in time, keep still for 30-60 seconds, and hold their breath at the same time. This helps to significantly reduce sexual arousal and keep men from reaching orgasm as quickly.
Second, both men and women can practice squeezing. This requires the man to stop all movements just before ejaculation, and then the woman needs to press the base of the man's penis with the thumb, index and middle fingers for 3-4 seconds, or press the glans to the same effect.
Third, if the man's premature ejaculation leads to premature ejaculation, premature ejaculation is the most common male sexual dysfunction, and about 1/3 of married men have or have always been troubled by this to varying degrees. Men can use a delayed spray to treat premature ejaculation, such as virgin gas aerosol, 30 minutes before intercourse. Use the delay spray to temporarily desensitize the glans, prolong the sex time, and achieve the purpose of delaying ejaculation.
Fourth, if impotence leads to premature ejaculation, the incidence of impotence accounts for about 50% of adult men. Male sexual dysfunction includes loss of libido, erectile dysfunction, orgasm and ejaculation dysfunction, penile flaccid dysfunction, of which erectile dysfunction is the most common male sexual dysfunction. Extend sex and delay ejaculation through the use of a bole erector.
cause of pain
Ejaculation pain: refers to paroxysmal pain in the penis, urethra, perineum, or lower abdomen that occurs during ejaculation.
Ejaculation is the climax stage of the man's sexual life, and the process is completed by the rhythmic contraction of the accessory sex organs, the muscles of the perineum and the body of the penis. Normally, the act of ejaculation is accompanied by a pleasant sensation and is not painful. Sexual medicine studies have shown that ejaculation pain is mostly caused by organic lesions of the reproductive organs.
1. Urinary tract and sexual organ infection The most common cause of painful ejaculation in men is lower urinary tract infection, including urethritis, cystitis, prostatitis, etc. These infections can cause local tissue congestion and swelling, and reduced pain thresholds. A series of rhythmic contractions during ejaculation is a mechanical stimulus to the inflammatory lesions, often accompanied by severe pain during ejaculation. In addition, seminal vesiculitis and epididymitis can also cause painful ejaculation, which is due to the fact that in addition to the pain caused by their own lesions, the secretion of fluid and sperm into the vas deferens will make the pain more and more aggravated. Some patients experience painful nocturnal emission.
2. Malignant tumors in male urogenital organs can cause pain in ejaculation. For example, when a tumor occurs in the testis or epididymis, the pressure generated by sexual activity and the rotation and elevation of the testis can cause pain, but the pain is relatively mild in nature, mostly dull pain or soreness. Although there are few opportunities for tumors to occur in the prostate, seminal vesicles, and vas deferens, the progression of the lesions is mostly occult, and such pain should be an "alarm signal" that attracts attention.
Urinary tract stones Urolithiasis in men is a common disease. Bladder stones and ureteral stones in the lower urinary tract can cause painful ejaculation. This is because the stone is a hard foreign body. During ejaculation, the contraction and peristalsis of the local soft tissue will cause pain when the stone is squeezed. Severe urinary tract stones can develop secondary infections that make the pain worse.
3. Men's urogenital tuberculosis, urethral polyps, Peyronie's disease and other diseases can also cause pain in ejaculation; excessive movement during sexual intercourse, excessive sexual activity and excessive work of the gonads can also cause pain.
other information
Harm of excessive ejaculation
Excessive ejaculation does not mean that the amount of ejaculate exceeds the standard at one time, but also includes the total amount of ejaculation in a period of time. The amount of ejaculation of a normal male during each sexual life is 2-6 ml, and the amount has a certain relationship with the frequency of ejaculation. The more ejaculation times, the less semen per ejaculation; the longer the abstinence time, the more the ejaculation volume, the less than 1 ml per ejaculation is called too little ejaculation, and the more than 6 ml each time is too much ejaculation many.
Too much or too little ejaculate is abnormal and should go to the hospital for examination. Sperm accounts for 5% of the semen volume, and seminal plasma accounts for 95%. Seminal plasma is mainly the fluid secreted by the accessory gonads (prostate, paraurethral glands, seminal vesicles, etc.). When the accessory gonads become inflamed. Hyperfunction or abstinence for a long time, the amount of ejaculate will be too much, the density of sperm will decrease, and a large amount of semen will flow out of the vagina during sexual intercourse, resulting in infertility. A healthy mature man should discharge 3-5 ml of semen each time. If the volume of semen is less than 1.5 ml without ejaculation for several days, it is called oligospermia.
A discharge of more than 8 ml of semen is called excessive semen, which is also a pathological condition, mostly caused by seminal vesiculitis and hypersecretion of pituitary gonadotropin. When the organs adjacent to the seminal vesicles such as the prostate, posterior urethra, colon, etc. are infected, or in some cases, the prostate and seminal vesicles are congested, the germs are easy to take advantage of and induce seminal vesiculitis.
1. Excessive ejaculation affects conception: When the adjacent organs of the seminal vesicles, such as the prostate, posterior urethra, colon, etc., are infected, or in some cases, congestion of the prostate and seminal vesicles occurs, the bacteria can easily take advantage of the situation and induce seminal vesiculitis. In addition, excessive ejaculation can cause semen with a large number of sperm to be lost from the vagina, and also reduce the chance of conception.
2. Central nervous system and systemic symptoms such as depression, memory loss, inability to concentrate, decreased understanding, insomnia, dreaminess, dizziness, palpitations, etc.
3. Urogenital diseases Chronic prostatitis causes frequent urination, white urine, lower abdomen and perineum discomfort, backache and weakness, loss of libido, impotence (ED), premature ejaculation, non-ejaculation, etc. It is recommended that you pay attention to your hygiene and do not have sexual intercourse or masturbation too often, usually once a week.
4. Excessive ejaculation Semen contains an antibacterial substance comparable to penicillin - semen cytoplasmin. Semen cytoplasmin is a protein with a unique function. once this substance enters the cell, it can prevent the synthesis of ribonucleic acid, thereby killing bacteria. It has been observed from laboratory culture that semen cytoplasmin can kill Staphylococcus, Streptococcus and other pathogenic bacteria. Undoubtedly, if the semen is consumed too much, it will inevitably affect the content of cytoplasm in the body, so that bacteria and viruses can take advantage of it, leading to the occurrence of certain diseases, which will also cause certain damage to the body [3].
The harms and disadvantages of external ejaculation
Disadvantage 1: Frequent external ejaculation can easily cause premature ejaculation in men. In severe cases it may lead to infertility.
Disadvantage 2: Women are not sexually satisfied, and may develop frigidity. Decreased quality of life for couples
Disadvantage 3: Unilateral sexual satisfaction will affect the relationship between husband and wife.
Disadvantage 4: External ejaculation is not safe, and it is easy to make women pregnant.
Ejaculation distance and sexual performance
Male ejaculation is directly proportional to the strength, distance and sexual performance. The ejaculation distance of normal healthy men is 20 to 60 cm, and the ejaculation distance of strong young men can reach 1 meter. But with the decline of sexual performance and age, the response to orgasm will also degenerate. The force and distance of male ejaculation gradually decreases and shortens, and the semen is not ejected, but overflows or flows out, which is called ejaculation weakness. After the age of 50, the ejaculation distance of men is about 10 to 20 cm, or even shorter. People with weak ejaculation are often accompanied by a decrease or disappearance of pleasure, or even no ejaculation feeling.
Male ejaculation ability reflects his sexual ability, sexual feeling and physical condition to a certain extent. The stronger the ejaculation and the farther the distance, the better the health of the man, the stronger the physical strength, and the better performance in sex life. Many men with low sexual function and loss of libido, especially middle-aged and elderly men, often complain that their ability to ejaculate is not good when consulting with doctors, and they used to "ejaculate" out.
However, the power of ejaculation varies from person to person, and there are significant individual differences in the distance of ejaculation. Some people have strong vitality and physical strength, and the semen released can reach a range of more than 1 meter; some people can only shoot a few centimeters away, or just leak out of the urethra, which is not necessarily a serious disease.
