A middle aged woman surnamed Wu in Fuling city, was beheaded ,her head which was thrown down from the 5th floor smashed a car's windscreen,Fuling online reported on Jan 30,2013.The suspect Ran,30 years old,has been detained by the police on the spot. According to preliminary investigation ,Ran had a history of mental illness.
