When making a progress report, you' ll need to start with the overall status of the project, and then go on to explain how much of the work has been completed, at what stage the work is now, what remains to be done and, of course, what problems might have arisen. Because the format is "live", people may interrupt to ask questions or make comments and you should be sure of your facts when you go into the meeting. 当写进程报告的时候,你首先应该写项目的整体状态;然后说明一下工作完成了多少,工作已经进行到哪一步了,还有多少没有完成;当然还有可能产生的问题。因为形势是活泼的,人们可能会打断问些问题,或者做出点评,你需要做的就是当你进行报告的时候保证你所说的是真实的。
