Do you have a minute?

Are you available?

Available: Someone who is available is not busy and is therefore free to talk to you or to do a particular task.

Mr. Leach is on holiday and was not available for comment.

I'm available next Thursday if you want to meet then.

Can you spare some time?

Can you spare some time?

A:Can you spare some time to go shopping with me?

B:Sorry, I'm afraid I can't.

When do you have time off?

When do you have time off?

When do you have time off? I will give a lecture in your university next week and I hope you can be part of it.

When will you get around to sth?

这是个固定的表达方式,get around to (doing) sth的意思是“抽时间做某事”,这里的get around就相当于spare time,这样就很容易理解啦。

A: When will you get around to travel?

B: Maybe next weekend.

I said I would write to you, but as usual I never got around to it.

When do you find time to do sth?

与get around和spare time一样,find time也是“抽出时间、匀出时间”的意思,属于同义表达。

When do you find time to talk to her? She is waiting for your reply.
