AUD$1 million gold coin shines in HK
The largest gold coin in the world is displayed at Hang Seng Bank Headquarters in Hong Kong, Jan 9, 2014. Its denomination is 1 million Australian dollars and has a diameter of 80 centimeters and is 12 centimeters thick. As the largest and heaviest gold coin listed in Guinness World Records, it is worth more than HKD 305 million. One side is inscribed with portrait of Queen Elizabeth II and the other with a kangaroo. The coin will be on show for three consecutive days in Hong Kong.
