Russian broadcaster RU-RTR has released video footage showing three of the 25 Ukrainian citizens arrested by Russia’s main security agency on suspicion of planning sabotage in Russia.
Authorities allege the suspects had instructions from Ukraine’s Security Service, to take pictures of Russian military movements on the border with Ukraine, and establish contact with radicalized Russian groups.
The three men in the video are reportedly activists from a Ukrainian nationalist group that played a role in the removal of Ukraine’s ousted president Viktor Yanukovych in February.
