China’s patrol ship, the Haixun 01, has picked up pulses with a frequency of 37.5 kilo hertz in the southern Indian Ocean, at southern latitude 25 degrees and east longitude 101 degrees.
Since most pingers transmit every second at 37.5 kilo hertz, it’s possible that the signal is coming from the black box of the Malaysia Airlines missing flight MH370. But this point still cannot be verified. We’ll keep you updated about the latest development.
