8月28日《自由时报》报导，世大运期间，有位塞尔维亚籍选手想到桃园市区买慢跑鞋，但是不认识路，求助当地警察，热心的警员江振维用流利的英文为他指路，桃园市政府警察局在脸书分享这个故事，原来这位警员平日自修英文（多益英检850分），塞尔维亚选手为了报答他的帮忙，回程还特地买了珍珠奶茶送给江姓警员。受到这个温馨小故事的启发，本周的FUNDAY blog要和大家分享遇到迷路（getting lost）的情境时，如何用英文「问路」（ask for directions）和「指路」（give directions），让我们一起学习用一口好英文做国民外交吧！

Giving Directions 指路
walk along/ walk straight down 直走
Or go straight on/ahead
Walk along Xinsheng South Road until you see the Zhongxiao Xinsheng Station.
新生南路直走，一直到看到忠孝新生捷运站。
Go straight on at the (traffic) lights and then you’ll see a police station.
看到红绿灯直走，你会看到有一个警察局。
turn left/ right 左转/右转
Or make a left/right turn
Turn left at the intersection and the park is on the right.
十字路口左转，公园在右手边。

Head to National Normal University and you’ll see the bakery on your left.

Take the second left turn and the museum will be on the right.

Continue down Renai Street until you get to the bus stop.
