感冒让人头昏昏、眼花花，流鼻水、打喷嚏、咳嗽样样都来，让人好不舒服啊！如果在国外旅游时感冒了，该怎么跟医生或药师表达这些症状呢？
stuffy nose：鼻塞。 stuffy是形容词，鼻子塞住的，另外也可以指通风不良、闷热的房间或建筑物。
I can’t smell anything because I have a stuffy nose.
（我什么都闻不到，因为我鼻塞了。）
runny nose：流鼻水。 runny是形容词，流鼻涕的，也有水份过多的意思。
Can you spare me a box of tissue? I have a cold and a runny nose.
（你可以给我一盒面纸吗？我感冒了，还流鼻水。）
sneeze：动词，打喷嚏；名词，喷嚏。
She kept sneezing. I guess it was because of Tom’s cat.
（她一直在打喷嚏，我猜是汤姆的猫造成的。）
cough：咳嗽，动词与名词同形。
John has a nasty cough.
（约翰咳得很厉害。）
sore throat：喉咙痛。 sore是形容词，疼痛的。
Drinking warm water with honey and lemon might ease a sore throat.
（喝加了蜂蜜和柠檬的温水可以缓解喉咙痛。）
dizzy：形容词，头晕目眩的，名词为dizziness，头晕。
The heat made me so dizzy.
（高温热得我头晕目眩的。）
fever：名词，发烧。
You may have a fever when your body temperature is very high.
（当你的体温很高时，你可能发烧了。）
vomit：动词，呕吐。
I was seasick and I vomited through the whole trip.
（我晕船了，全程都在吐。）
diarrhea：名词，拉肚子、腹泻
For the past week, Sarah has suffered from vomiting and diarrhea.
