自传的英文是 “autobiography”
自传是用来撰写自己人生经历的一种书面文件，是求职面试和申请大学必备的文件之一，而让企业或学校更认识自己。自传的英文是 “autobiography”。这篇文章不废话，以下直接教你3个英文自传架构，让你轻松架构自己的英文自传！
一、个人背景
自传相较于履历是更能自由发挥展现自身优势，常见的自传都是从家庭背景开始，像是 “My name is John. I am from a family which is composed of four members: my parents, my younger sister and I. My father is a businessman…” 看似没有什么太大的问题，但是千万要注意，倘若你在这段文字中并没有显现出个人的特质，或是展现你与应征职位的相关性，就只是浪费篇幅而已。
自传的重点在于推销自己，换言之，文字中每句话都要帮你加分才行，因此倘若家庭背景中没有提供企业想知道的讯息，会更建议以学历背景开头的写法:

倘若本科系所学与职位无直接的关连，也可以写出自己「曾修过的课程」或「相关的证照」，强调自己跨领域的学习，同时展现自己的积极态度，证明自己具备职务所需要的专业能力。
二、相关经历与专业
上一段的个人背景说明了你具备专业的知识，第二段则是证明你有实作的能力，内容可以包括社团、课外活动、实习或打工的经验。
就算上述的经验和「未来的工作」并没有直接的相关，也可以用「个性」、「处事态度」来呈现自己具备此职位所需的特质，像是在社团中担任的职位、团体中扮演的角色都可以呈现你的个人特质、团队合作的能力。
进一步可以说明你在这份经历中的收获，像是「统筹规划」、「沟通协调」都是十分常见可以在团体活动中学习到的能力，总而言之，此段的重点就是强调自己过去的经验是有助于现在所应征的这份职务的。

第三段的功用在再次强调并总结你上述的优势，展现自我的竞争力，条列式的说明自身有哪些特点是符合是该公司所需要人才的条件，换言之，最后一段就是明确告诉他「我就是你要的人才!」。
此外，在自我对未来期许的这部份，新鲜人可以多多表达个人的学习精神及企图心，像是「倘若未来有机会进入贵公司，我将不断精进自己的专业知识…」展现自己进入公司的强烈意愿、以及自身未来的发展性。
Although I am a novice(新手，初学者) in this field, I am qualified for this position according to the requirements which were described in your advertisement. First, I have adequate knowledge and experience to support this position. Second, I have good command of English, because my university minor subject was English.
