Inquire (v.) 询问
Inquire 是比较通用的动词，是「询问」的意思，它可以和 about 这个字搭配。若要「询价」时，会用 inquire about the cost/price of sth. 来表达。
I’d like to inquire about the cost of your screws.
我想询问贵公司螺丝的价钱。
Quote (v.) 报价
Quote 做动词时意思是「引用」，不过在商用英文中，则意指「报价」。 Quote 的名词形态为 quotation，意指「报价单」。
The designer quoted 200 USD for designing the website.
设计师针对设计网页估了 200 美元的预算。

Minimum order quantity (n.) 最少下单数量
Quantity 为名词意思是「数量」，所以 minimum order quantity 就是「最少下单数量」，在商务上上会简称 MOQ，许多公司行号在贩售、出货时会规定最少下单数量，以符合生产成本。
If you can’t achieve the minimum order quantity, we’ll charge you an extra fee.
如果你没有达到最少下单数量，我们就会收取额外的费用。
Volume discount (n.) 数量折扣；批量作价
Volume 为名词有「体积；总额」之意，而 volume discount 是指「为大批采购的消费者提供的折扣」，也就是网路购物上常出现的「多件优惠」，较正式的用词为「数量折扣；批量作价」。
The retailer provides a 10% volume discount for orders of over 3,000 items.
只要订单满 3000 件，那间零售商就会提供 10% 的多件优惠折扣。
Place an order (phr.) 下订单
Order 为名词，意思是「订单」，但「下订单」的「下」该用哪个动词呢？答案就是 place。此外，虽然 order 本身也可以当动词，但它通常是用于「点餐」。

Lead time (n.) 交货期
Lead 当名词时有「引导，前导」的意思，因此 lead time 就是指「客户订单确认后到产品生产完」的这段时间，可以翻成「交货期」。

Estimated time of arrival (n.) 预计到达时间
Estimated time of arrival 简称 ETA，意思是货物的「预计到达时间」。另外补充一个 estimated time of delivery，简称 ETD，意思则是「货物预计出货时间」。
