bushfire (n.) 野火
bush 是「灌木；草丛」，所以 bushfire 就是「野火」，也可以说 wildfire。

adoption (n.) 领养
adoption 是「领养；采纳」，其动词形是 adopt，须注意容易与 adapt (适应) 混淆。

rescue team (n.) 搜救队

donate (v.) 捐赠；捐助
donate 意思是「捐赠；捐助」，后面直接加上要捐的东西，比方说：donate money (捐钱)、donate blood (捐血)。其名词是 donation (捐赠；捐赠物)。

relief supplies (n.) 救援物资
