Xu Huaru, Xu Linlu's second son, has filed a lawsuit regarding a dispute against his mother Wang Lingwen and his other two brothers over Xu Linlu inheritance. The case, which went to trial on Thursday,Beijing Youth Daily reported.

Xu Linlu was a renowned painter, calligrapher, and connoisseur of painting in China who left behind 72 calligraphies, paintings and 3 purple clay teapots worth 210 million yuan($33.6m) in total after his death.

Xu Huayi, one of Xu's sons, was asking for a share of the inheritance, while his mother showed authorities Xu Linlu's handwritten will, saying all his possessions belong to her.
