CPI up 1.4 percent in June
The consumer price index (CPI), a major gauge of inflation, rose 1.4 percent in June compared to the same month last year, the National Bureau of Statistics said on July 9. The index grew 1.4 percent in cities and 1.2 percent in rural areas.
The CPI in the first half of the year rose 1.3 percent from the first six months of 2014, according to the bureau.
Food prices increased 1.9 percent in June compared to the same month last year — with the price of fresh vegetables rising 11.4 percent and grain up 2.1 percent.
The price of fresh fruit and eggs fell 8.8 percent and 11.3 percent respectively, while pork prices rose 7 percent.
Transportation and communication saw a 1.5 percent decline in prices from the same month last year, while the price of tobacco, alcohol, clothing, medical care, entertainment, education and cultural products and services, household equipment and maintenance services and housing all went up.
Gasoline and diesel prices fell. In June, the price of fuel fell 13.7 percent compared with the same period last year.
新华社北京7月9日电（记者 王希）国家统计局9日发布数据，6月份全国居民消费价格总水平（CPI）同比上涨1.4％，涨幅比上月反弹0.2个百分点。今年上半年CPI同比上涨1.3％。
据测算，在6月份CPI1.4％的涨幅中，去年价格上涨的翘尾因素约为0.9个百分点，比上月上升0.2个百分点，新涨价因素约为0.5个百分点，与上月持平。
从各类商品及服务价格同比变动情况看，6月份食品价格同比上涨1.9％，影响CPI上涨约0.62个百分点。其中，鲜菜、肉禽及其制品、粮食价格分别同比上涨11.4％、3.6％和2.1%，分别拉动CPI上涨约0.32、0.26和0.06个百分点。同期，鲜果与蛋价下降8.8％和11.3％，分别影响CPI下降约0.22和0.1个百分点。
6月份，非食品价格同比上涨1.2％。其中，烟酒及用品、衣着、医疗保健和个人用品、娱乐教育文化用品及服务、家庭设备用品及维修服务、居住价格分别上涨3.5％、2.9％、1.9％、1.7％、1％和0.8％；交通和通信价格下降1.5％。
2015年6月份，全国工业生产者出厂价格环比下降0.4％，同比下降4.8％。工业生产者购进价格环比下降0.2％，同比下降5.6％。上半年，工业生产者出厂价格同比下降4.6％，工业生产者购进价格同比下降5.5％。
当日发布的数据还显示，6月份全国工业生产者出厂价格（PPI）环比下降0.4％，同比下降4.8％，降幅均比上月扩大；6月工业生产者购进价格环比下降0.2％，同比下降5.6％。上半年PPI下降4.6％。
