China has set up an investigation team to look into the cause of the disastrous landslide in southern city Shenzhen.
The team is led by Yang Huan-ning, head of the State Administration of Work Safety. Its members include officials from the ministries of Public Security, Supervision, Land and Resources, the National Federation of Trade Unions and Guangdong authorities.
The Supreme People's Procuratorate - the state organ for legal supervision and prosecution - also has representatives in the team. Investigators pledged on Saturday to get to the root of the landslide and bring to justice those who are responsible.
