China's top economic planner-- the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) has released economic data for 2015.
NDRC spokesman Li Pumin said the GDP growth in the first three quarters reached 6.9 percent...and the overall GDP growth in the whole year is expected to reach 7 percent. 24 basic indexes in social and economic development have hit their targets. The indexes on environment and social welfare in particular are better fulfilled than expected.
An outline of the 13th Five-Year Plan on national economic and social development from 2016 to 2020 is being created by the National Development and Reform Commission. It is expected to highlight the new development concepts of innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing, as well as structural reforms and serving the whole society well being.
